Indian singles Zoom mixer: what to expect on November 15

VivaahReady’s Singles Zoom Mixer takes place on Sunday, November 15, 2026, for singles of Indian origin living in the USA, ages 24 through 40 on the event date. Each session lasts 90 minutes and costs $25. Eligible visa holders and green card holders are welcome alongside US citizens, according to the session rules below. Registration closes November 12 at 11:59 PM PST.

A profile can tell you where someone works. It cannot tell you how a conversation with them feels. We built this mixer around private conversations, with introductions arranged as closely as possible to your preferences and the people who attend.

Which session can I join?

Every session requires USA residence and an age of 24 to 40 on November 15. Citizenship and residency are different things: a US citizen living abroad does not qualify for this event. Being separated or awaiting a divorce also does not qualify.

Divorced, widowed and annulled attendees can join only the 10 AM session. Never married attendees may choose more than one session if eligible, paying $25 for each. The 1 PM session is not limited to H1B holders. Your profile determines which sessions you can register for.

What happens in the private Zoom rooms?

VivaahReady opens private breakout rooms for one to one conversations. We use your profile preferences, including age, location and diet, to arrange introductions as closely as possible. Who attends matters. We do not guarantee an exact match or a fixed number of introductions.

If you would like to speak with a particular attendee, ask the host. A room can be arranged when both people agree. A request is not an obligation for the other person.

And if your first thought is that this might feel awkward, leave room for that. You do not need an opening speech. Asking what someone enjoys about the place they live tells you more than reciting a list of qualifications.

How should I prepare for an online singles mixer?

Start with an accurate profile, including your photo and preferences. For Indian singles living in the USA, location can be a practical question: are you settled in Seattle, open to moving, or trying to stay close to family in New Jersey? Say what is true now.

Before your session, test Zoom, your microphone and your connection. Choose a quiet space where other people cannot overhear the conversation. Set aside the full 90 minutes, rather than fitting introductions between errands.

A few questions to keep nearby:

• What does a normal weekend look like for you?
• How involved would you like your family to be as you get to know someone?
• What would make a move to another city realistic for you?

Not an interview checklist. Pick a question you actually want answered, then listen. A matching education or citizenship status does not do the work of a conversation.

What stays private?

The mixer is never recorded. Other registrants’ names, photos, profiles, contact information and registration details are not displayed to attendees. You will naturally see and hear the person you meet on Zoom.

The optional feedback offer is separate. Actual attendees who give permission during registration and later provide a separate feedback video for social media receive a free session promo code for the next mixer. How do I register?

1. Complete your VivaahReady profile, including required details and a photo, before registration or payment.
2. Open the November event page and choose an eligible session.
3. Provide your WhatsApp number with country code and tell us how you heard about the mixer. If you select Friend, enter that friend’s referral code before your first checkout. Direct and social visitors do not need a friend’s code.
4. Pay $25 per session through PayPal, or apply a valid promo code. Complete registration by November 12 at 11:59 PM PST.

Your private Zoom link arrives by email on November 14. Check your spam folder as well. The thank you email includes the optional WhatsApp updates channel; joining the channel does not register you for the event.

There is no seat limit per session. The deadline gives the team time to prepare introductions, so complete your profile before the final evening.

Can I invite friends?

After completing your mixer registration, you receive a personal referral code and sharing options. Three unique friends must each complete a full price $25 November registration through your referral attribution to qualify you for one eligible November session free, after admin verification.

Each friend counts once. Self referrals, free or promo registrations, cancellations and refunded payments do not count. Friends must use your link or enter your code before their first checkout. The reward is not transferable and must be redeemed by November 12 at 11:59 PM PST. If you have already paid, contact support about a verified $25 refund of one eligible session instead.
